Mission
Statement
Smith
Point Peninsula Homeowner’s Association, Inc. is a
private, not-for-profit civic association formed to
benefit the homeowners and residents of the Peninsula of
Smith Point, New York.
“Our goal
is to promote the common interests and general quality
of life of said homeowners, residents and their families
including their health, safety and welfare; to promote
the beautification of the neighborhood and preservation
of surrounding waterways and wetlands and suitable uses
of recreational facilities; to maintain liaisons with
all local officials, police departments, fire
departments, school board, Fire Island National
Seashore, Suffolk County Parks, Brookhaven Town Parks,
The Manor of St. George and other local civic groups
where a common interest exists; and to aid local
officials by acting as volunteers and stewards to local
public facilities if requested and such aid is
beneficial to all concerned.”
