 Dear Friends and Neighbors:

       We are happy to announce that an expanding group of homeowners residing on the Peninsula of Smith Point have formed a Homeowner’s Association, which will be family friendly and non-political. The peninsula boundaries run south of the Links and Smith Point Estates, west of Flower Road and John’s Neck Creek.   

        Our name, the Smith Point Peninsula Homeowner’s Association, with emphasis on “peninsula” and “homeowners” reflects the mutual goals of our membership; like-minded individuals coming together to create positive change for our neighborhood.  

        Please feel free to browse our website and be inspired to join us as we work toward the continued improvement Smith Point, one of the most beautiful waterfront communities on Long Island.
